Mortgages
As independent financial advisers, we can research the whole of the market and consider practically all of the lenders, including high street banks and building societies for the best deal.
Importantly, we do not charge an ‘up-front’ fee but may need to charge a fee on completion of the mortgage, typically £495.

Our 4 Step Mortgage Process
First make contact – you provide us with the facts and we will discuss your options.
Moving forward – you provide your supporting documents; we provide you with an ‘Agreement in Principle’ (AIP) and recommendation.
You find the property and we submit the application. We then liaise with the provider and yourselves to obtain a mortgage offer.
You agree a completion date with your solicitor and the process then completes.
